14 lbs. Brisket
2 packages Onion Soup Mix
Water
3 bottles Barbeque Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Take brisket and cut off as much fat as you can. Then place in a roaster (crock-pot can be used). Mix onion soup with some water and pour over brisket, then add enough water to cover the brisket. Bake at 275º for 8 - 12 hours. Remove from roaster and shred. Drain broth through strainer and pour onions on brisket. Add barbeque sauce to brisket and stir until well covered. Put brisket into crock-pot to keep warm while serving.

Using 3 different flavors or barbeque sauce makes for a great taste.

Can obviously be scaled down for a smaller group of people
