1 lb. chopped beef.
1 medium onion, chopped.
1 can (14.5 oz.) green beans, drained.
1 tsp. salt.
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper (or to taste).
1/8 tsp. oregano (optional).
1 can (10 oz.) tomato soup.
2 1/2 c. mashed potatoes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. In large skillet or saucepan, brown onion and chopped meat. Drain off fat. Add green beans, salt, sugar, pepper, oregano (if used) and tomato soup. Pour mixture into 9" x 13" baking pan. If desired, top with mashed potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes.
