2-12 oz. pkg. bulk sausage
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
3 c. frozen hash browns
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
1/4 t. pepper
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 baking dish. Cook sausage, pepper, and onion; drain and stir together with potatoes and 1 1/2 c. of cheese in baking dish. Stir Bsquick, milk, pepper, and eggs until blended and pour into baking dish. Bake uncovered 40-45 min. and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 min. longer to melt cheese. Cool 5 min. and serve
