2 lb. peaches
1 TB. lemon juice
1 1/2 TB. Ameretto liquor (opt.)
6 TB. half-half
Grated nutmeg or cardamon

Directions:
Directions:
Drop the peaches into boiling water; keep the water at a simmer for about a half minute, then remove peaches
and let them cool. Peel, pit, and slice them. Put peaches and rest of ingred. into a blender and blend until smooth. CHILL

Vanilla ice cream can be substituted for half and half.
*Canned peaches may also be used.

Serve with sprinkling of nutmeg or cardamon
