1# dry, small white beans
2 ham hocks OR 1/2# bacon cut into 2" strips
1/4 C. catsup
1/4 C. prepared mustard
1/4 C. dark mollasses
1/2 C. salsa
1 can been
1 onion, chopped
1 greed pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain beans. Cover with water and soak overnigght.
In the morning drain and rinse the beans and put into crock pot along with balance of ingredients.
Add enough water to cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours.
Add water if necessary.
