Simmer covered – 4 pounds of pork ribs (country style). Cook in salted water, cook until tender. Remove fat.

In saucepan melt 1 Tbs. butter. Add 1 clove garlic – crushed or 1/8 Tsp. garlic powder.
Add:
½ Cup Heinz catsup
1/3 Cup chili sauce
2 Tbs. brown sugar
2 Tbs. chopped onion
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. yellow mustard
1 Tsp. celery seed
¼ Tsp. salt
Dash hot pepper sauce

Mix above and bring to a boil. Stir often. Drain ribs. Grease shallow baking dish. Pour a little sauce in bottom of dish and add ribs, cover with remaining sauce. Cover with thin slices of lemon.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
