11/2 lbs. of meat(any thinner cut)
2/3c. soy sauce
2 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt@pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meat 1/4-1/2 in. slices.mix ingredients together, add meat and marinade 12-24 hrs. in frig. and cover.
dry in a food dehydrator or oven 150-200 for 4-10hrs.
