2 lbs spare ribs
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp onion salt
sprinkle of pepper
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 c catsup
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour, onion salt, garlic and pepper into a paper bag. Add ribs and shake until ribs are lightly coated. Put into frying pan and brown in oil for 10 minutes. Mix soya sauce, ketchip, brown sugar, water and vinegar.
Pour over ribs and simmer slowly for 2 hours.
Serve with rice.
