2/3 cup sugar
4 egg whites
1/4 cup water
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp flour
2 oz chocolate, melted
2 1/2 cups shredded coconut.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with cold water till stiff but not dry, beat in sugar and vanilla, add salt and flour. Blend carefully. Fold in melted chocolate and finally coconut. Drop by teaspoons on parchment paper and bake in slow oven (325 F) about 30 min.
