2 eggs
1 c. sugar
8 oz. dates, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Rice Crispies
1 c. nuts
Shredded coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 4 ingredients until thick, stirring often to avoid sticking. Add Rice Crispies and nuts. Drop by spoonful into coconut and then roll into balls.
