Marrow - 5 lbs
Sugar - 5 lbs
Lemons - 3
Ginger root - 2 oz.

Directions:
Directions:
Cube marrow, add sugar, let sid overnite. Add lems, sliced thin after rind grated off. Add ginger boil to jam stage.
