16 cups sliced cucumbers.
4 - 6 med onions
Brine: 2 cups water
1 qt vinegar
4 cups sugar
2 Tbsp celery seed
2 Tbsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Layer cukes and onions, sprinkle each layer with coarse salt. Let stand 3 hours. Drain.
Combine brine ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Boil 3 minutes. Add cuke mixture and bring to boiling pint. Pack in jars and seal.
