750 ml container of plain or vanilla yogurt (about 3 cups)
1 orange or lemon
1 tsp finely grated peel (optional)
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp Grand Marnier or other liquer of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Line a sieve with cheesecloth. Place over a bowl and pour yogurt into cloth. Cover and drain excess liquid by leaving at room temp for at least 2 hrs. Place the thickened yogurt in a bowl. Squeeze out 2 tbsp orange or lemon juice. Stir juice and peel into yogurt along with vanilla and sugar. Stir in the liquer. Serve with fresh fruit or as a sauce over warm pie or chocolate cake.
