1/2 c finely chopped almonds
2 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp almond extract
2/3 c raspberry preserves
1 tube sugar cookie dough

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 in spring form pan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat oven to 350
Crumble cookie dough in lg bowl. Let stand 10 - 15 minutes to soften. Sprinkle dough with almonds, flour, cinnamon and extract. Mix well with your fingers or wooden spoon. Reserve 1 cup of dough. Press remaining dough into bottom of prepared pan. Spoon and spread preserves over dough. Crumble reserved dough over preserves.
Bake 25-28 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes. Remove spring form ring. Put into wedges and serve warm or cool.
