1 spice cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
3 lg eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
Nuts, if desired for icing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except nuts, and pour in 13 x 9 pan, lightly greased. Bake in 350 oven for 32-35 min. When cool, frost with a buttercream icing, or iciing of your choice and sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
