6 medium potatos 1 pkg real bacon bits 2 tbsp oil 2 cups cheddar cheese
Bake potatos until fork tender. Cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out most of the potato, leave enough potato for the skins to hold together. Heat broiler and adjust rack to the top. Brush skins on both sides with oil and broil for 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle insides with cheese and bacon and broil for 2 more minutes. Serve with sour cream.
