1 beef flank steak or london broil 1 garlic clove minced 1/2 tsp seasoned salt 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper 1/4 c. worstershire sauce
Poke holes in meat. Make a paste with salt, garlic, and pepper. Rub over both sides of meat and place in a gallon ziploc bag. Add sauce and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Turn at least once. Remove and discard marinade. Broil or grill. Slice thinly against the grain to serve.
