1 pkg. egg roll wrappers 1/2 lb. ground sausage 1 onion 1/2 head chopped cabbage 1/2 c. shredded carrots 2 eggs scrambled soy sauce to taste
Brown and drain sausage. Add chopped onions, cabbage and carrots. Add soy sauce and a little water. Stir in scrambled eggs. Wrap in egg roll wrappers and seal the edges with wet fingers. Fry in vegetable oil until brown.
