6-8 slices white bread, cubed
2 cups grated cheese
1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 13X9 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer bread, cheese and sausage. Beat eggs with milk and dry mustard. Pour over sausage and refrigerate overnight.
Dilute cream of mushroom with 1/2 can of milk. Pour over top. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
