1 2/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. (12 oz) white chips
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, brown and white sugar and vanilla till creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Stir in chips, coconut and nuts. Drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated over at 350º for 8-11 minutes till edges are lightly browned. Cook 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
