5 T. Dijon mustard
2 T. olive oil
1 cloved garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
6 medium red-skin potatoes, cut into chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Lightly grease a 13x9x2" baking pan and empty potatoes into pan, puttling in single layer.
Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
