1 T. oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 C. water
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 cups uncooked Minute rice
2 C. fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in hot oil. Remove to plate and add soup, water, paprika and pepper to pan.
Heat to boiling and stir in rice and broccoli.
Top with chicken and sprinkle chicken with a little more paprika and pepper.
Cover and cook over low hear 5 minutes or until done.
