6-8 pieces
2 T oil
1 onion
2 tbs salt
1/4 t pepper
2-3 T brown sugar
2 t mustard
2-3 t soy sauce
2 T lemon juice
1 5 oz can tomatoe purée
2 cans hot water

Directions:
Fry onion add everything else, simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake on 180 for half hour.
