8 c flour
2 eggs beaten
1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 tsp pepper
pinch cinnamon
1 c milk
2 c warm water
1 tsbp salt
1 tsp olive oil/shortening

Directions:
Directions:
beat all ingedients in a large bowl for 6 minutes with electric mixer. Dough will be sticky. Let raise in a large oiled bowl for 4 hours turning after 2 hours.
Heat vegatable oil about 6 inches deep in a deep fryer until very hot but not burning. Carefully dropo dough by the tablespoonful in to the hot oil. Fry until golder brown on each side. Wrap uncooked dough around and anchoivy for a special taste treat. Place on brown paper bad to drain of oil.
