2 Slabs Baby Back Ribs
1 Onion sliced

SAUCE
3/4 c Catsup
3/4 c Water
2 T Vinegar
2 T Worcester Sauce
2 tsp Salt (We only use 1 tsp)
2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Directions:

Sauce
Mix all ingredients in a non aluminum bowl

Ribs
Preheat oven to 265 deg
Strip membrane off back side of ribs
Baste ribs with sauce cover top with sliced onion
Baste ribs with sauce every 1/2 hr
Cook approx 2 1/2 to 3 hrs or until a fork goes in and out easily
