4 lbs pork spareribs
1 c orange marmalade
3/4 c water
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger or 2 tsp fresh
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
450º oven

Cut the ribs into serving sized pieces; place ribs meat side down in a shallow roasting pan, cover and bake at 450º for 45 minutes.

Drain off and turn ribs - meat side up.

Combine marmalade, water, soy and seasoning. Spoon over ribs. Bake uncovered 1 hour longer or until tender - baste occasionally wit6h sauce.
