Have butcher cut between ribs of the lamb breast (3 pounds)
Salt/Pepper
Onion
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
¼ lemon juice
1 c water
3 Tb Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rib lets on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Chop one medium sized onion. Brown lightly in the same pan with meat. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over rib lets. Cook in over at 300 or cover and simmer on top of stove for 1 ½ hours or until tender
