2 sticks margarine
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. anise
4 cups flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk

Frosting
Confectioners sugar
Milk
Lemon or Anise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Use bundt pan. Grease pan, no flour.
Mix all ingredients. Bake for 1 hr. 25 min.
Frost while still warm. Use confectioners sugar and milk (lemon or anise).
Try not to overbake. Start checking it at 40 min. If real brown put foil over the top for a few minutes to let it cook down. Have to keep doing it to get the time right. Keep it light.
