1 1/4 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 C cocoa
1/2 C butter
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C brn sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp hazelnut extract or vanilla
1/3 C Nutella
1/3 C milk

Preheat oven to 325º.
Whisk together flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Set mixture aside. In large bowl, beat together butter & sugars on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth. Add extracts and mix well. Add Nutella and beat till smooth. With mixer running, add half of the flour mixture till mixed well. Add milk, mix well then add rest of flour mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 15 min up to 2-3 days. Roll dough in balls and press down. Bake for 10-12 min or until cookies are crackly on top and soft. Let sit on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
