1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1/2 c. melted butter.
1 c. hot pepper cheese.
3 c. Swiss or cheddar cheese.
2 c. shredded ham.
1 c. milk.
2 eggs.
1/2 tsp. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread potatoes in dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour melted butter over potatoes. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove casserole from oven and reduce heat to 300 F. Spread half of cheese and all of ham, then rest of cheese over casserole. Beat eggs, milk and salt and pour over casserole. Return to oven and bake at 300 F. for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
