1 lb. baby carrots.
3 tbsps. butter.
2 tbsps. brown sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots 10 minutes or until softened but not mushy. Drain and place in large skillet. Add butter and sugar and cook over medium heat, tossing frequently, until the carrots are glazed. Serve hot.
