1 c. (1/2 pint) cottage cheese.
1/3 c. orange juice.
1 1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar.
3/4 tsp. dry basil, crushed.
1/2 tsp. salt.
1/4 tsp. pepper (white pepper preferred).
1/4 tsp. grated orange zest.
1 (8 oz.) box bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained.
8 oz. (2 c.) cooked, diced chicken breast.
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced.
2 tbsps. chopped parsley.

In blender, puree first six ingredients until smooth. Stir in orange zest. Stir mixture into pasta. Stir in chicken, tomatoes and parsley. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
