6 city chicken
2/3 c. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1 egg, beaten
milk
1/2 c. boiling water
1 chicken boullion cube

Directions:
Directions:
Season cracker crumbs with salt, paprika & poultry seasoning. Whisk egg with a little milk. Dip city chicken into milk and then into cracker crumbs. Brown in oil on all sides. Place in a pan. Dissolve boullion in water. Pour into bottom of pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer.
