1 carton fresh strawberries
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1 carton fresh blueberries
1 chopped apple,
1 1/2 cups frozen peaches (thawed)
2 bananas
1 4oz. can pineapple slices
Lemon juice
1 Angel Food Cake
1 12 oz. tub Light Cool Whip
1 6.5 serving box instant vanilla pudding mix

1. Rinse and slice strawberries vertically, removing
stems and place in large mixing bowl.
2. Slice apple and peaches into small bite-size cubes
and add to strawberries.
3. Add in blueberries and mandarin oranges (draining
juice first).
4. Peel and slice bananas, add to fruit.
5. Drain pineapple juice and break into chunks, add to
fruit mixture. Mix fruit and set aside.
6. Prepare pudding as directed and mix in 1/2 Cool
Whip contents; save other half of Cool Whip for later.
7. Cut Angel Food Cake into 1 inch chunks.
8. In a large clear glass bowl or Trifle dish, layer Angel
Food cubes so they cover the bottom of the dish.
9. Pour ~1/2 pudding mixture to cover cake.
10. Top with thin layer of fruit mixture ~1 - 1 1/2 inches.
11. Repeat steps 8-10. Top with a thin layer of fruit
(you may have some left over; just save for a healthy
snack later on). Place spoonfulls of Cool Whip over top
just before serving.
