1 box lemon cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
3 T. water
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 c. flaked coconut (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend well. Drop by teaspoon full onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are light brown around edges. Makes approx. 5 dozen.
