4 c. apple juice
1/2 c red hots
1 pkg pectin
4 1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine apple juice, red hots and pectin and bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar and butter. Return to a rolling boil; boil 1 minute longer. Skim off foam and pour into selected jars. Put jars in water bath for 5 minutes.
