1lb. dark sweet chocolate.
3 oz. butter.
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar.
3 egg yolks.
1/4 c. orange juice or Kahlua or Grand Marnier,
(1 tsp. instant coffee if use Kahlua).
2 c. whipping cream.
3 egg whites.

Directions:

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. In separate bowl, mix sugar, egg yolks, orange juice (or Grand Marnier or Kahlua and instant coffee). Add chocolate mixture. Whip cream and add to mixture. Whip egg whites and fold in to mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
