1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 lb. dry-roasted peanuts
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 cup butter or margarine
12/3 cup milk
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 (18 oz) jar creamy peanut butter

Melt together chocolate and butterscotch chips and the peanut butter in double boiler. Spread half of the mixture in a buttered 10" x 15" pan. Chill. Cook butter, milk and pudding mix for one minute. Add powdered sugar and stir well. Spread over mixture in pan. Chill. Add peanuts to remaining chocolate mixture and spread over chilled mixture. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.
