2 lbs. chicken thighs & drumsticks (or spare ribs, pork chops)
1 c. sugar
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbs. worchestershire
dash of salt

Directions:
Mix up the sauce and marinade over night. (works to marinade for 2 hrs. before if needed) Bake at 450º for 1 hr. or more baste occasionally. Bake uncovered!!! Sauce needs to thicken.
