1 taza de arroz integral
2 tazas de leche de coco
1 taza de agua
2 palitos de canela
1 taza de fruta fresca (como la piña, fresa, mango, etc)
endulzante: 3 dátiles picados/ 2 cucharadas de miel de agave / o miel de maple.

Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks
1 cup fresh fruit (such as pineapple, strawberry, mangos etc.)
sweetener: 3 chopped, soaked dates/ 2 tbsp agave nectar/ or maple syrup.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remojar el arroz en 4 tazas de agua por 6 horas o durante la noche.
2. Colar y poner el arroz en una olla con 1 taza de agua, 1 taza de leche de coco y la canela. Cocine a fuego alto hasta que hierva y luego cocine a fuego lento por 15 minutos con tapadera puesta.
3. Añadir otra taza de leche de coco y cocine por 10 minutos más o hasta obtener la consistencia deseada.
4. Retire del fuego y añadir los trocitos de fruta fresca y endulzante al gusto (3 dátiles, 2 cucharadas de miel o agave) y mezclar.

Directions:
1. Soak brown rice in 4 cups of water for 6 hours or overnight.
2. Strain rice and put in a pot with 1 fresh cup of water, 1 cup coconut milk, and the 2 cinnamon sticks slightly crumbled. Cook on high until boiling, then simmer for 15 min. covered.
3. Add another cup of coconut milk and cook for 10 more minutes or until desired consistency.
4. Remove from heat and add the small chunks of fresh fruit and sweetener to taste (3 dates, 2 tablespoons nectar or syrup) and mix.
