1. Agua de Pepino con Menta y Chia:
1/2 pepino (pelado o blanqueados si no orgánica)
1 taza de hojas de menta fresca
1/2 taza jugo de limón
1/4 taza semillas de Chia
1 litro de agua
(cubitos de hielo opcional)
endulzante: 1/2-1 taza de miel / néctar de agave, o azúcar morena

2. Agua de Piña Menta
1 l de agua
2 tazas de piña
1/4 taza de hojas de menta fresca
Endulzante: 1/2 taza de miel o 1/2 taza de azúcar morena

1. Cucumber Mint Lemonade with Chia seeds:
1/2 cucumber (peeled or blanched if not organic)
1 cup fresh mint leaves
4 limes
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1L water
(ice cubes optional)
sweetener: 1/2-1 cup honey/ agave nectar, or brown sugar

2. Pineapple and Mint Drink
1 L water
2 cups pineapple
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Sweetener: 1/2 cup honey or 1/2 cup brown sugar

Agua de Pepino con Menta y Chia:
1. Haga limonada con el jugo los 4-6 limones, 1/2 L de agua, y el endulzante.
2. Después de que el endulzante se ha disuelto un poco, poner la menta y el pepino en la licuadora con la limonada y que se muela bien.
3. Vierta la mezcla en una jarra grande, y agregar más agua y las semillas de chía. Deje reposar durante 15 minutos. para que las semillas de Chía se expandan. Agregar hielo y servir.



Agua de Piña y Menta:
Mezclar 4 tazas de agua con la piña, menta y endulzante. Vierta la mezcla en una jarra grande y añada más agua a gusto.
Variaciones: sandía, fresas, etc.

Directions:
-Cucumber Mint Lemonade with Chia seeds:
1. Make lemonade with the juice of the 4-6 limes, 1/2 L water, and sweetener.
2. After the sweetener has dissolved a bit, put the mint and cucumber in the blender with enough lemonade and blend until it is no longer chunky.
3. Pour the mixture into a large pitcher, and add more water and Chia seeds & stir.
4. Let rest for 15 min. for the Chia seeds to expand then add ice and serve.

-Pineapple and Mint Drink:
Blend 4 cups of water with the pineapple, mint, and sweetener. Pour into a bigger pitcher and add more water and ice.
Variations: watermelon, strawberries etc.
