2 c. cooked chicken breast, cubed 1 c. cooked small ring pasta 1 c. halved seedless green or red grapes 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained 3 celery ribs, chopped fine 1/2 c. sliced almonds 1 T. grated onion 1 c. reduced fat mayonnaise 1 c. reduced fat whipped topping 1/4 tsp. salt lettuce leaves (optional)
Mix the first seven ingredients together. Combine mayonnaise, whipped topping and salt and add to the above mixture; blend well. Serve in a lettuce lined bowl. Yield: 6 servings.
