2 to 3 chicken breasts, diced
1 lemon or 1/4 c. lemon juice
2 limes or 1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
pinch of pepper
several pats of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon and lime juice with spices. Marinate chicken in refrigerate for 15 min. or as long as you want. In a shallow pan, cut butter into small pieces and place on bottom. Put chicken and marinade on top. Cook at 350 degrees until chicken is very light brown (depends on the size of the pieces). Great over noodles or rice. Yield: 2 to 3 servings.
