1-2 lbs of either steak or tenderloin depending on the amount you would like to make
1 can of Coke
1-2 cups of water
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce or to taste
1-2 bottles of BBQ Sauce or to taste
Crushed red pepper (optional)
1 tsp garlic power (optional)

Preheat oven to 250 if meat is thawed, 275 if frozen. Put all ingredients into a roasting pan and cook for 3 ½ to 4 hours depending on oven temperature. You may also cook in slow cooker if you would like.

**Our dad always cooked his overnight at 200. This is one of our family’s favorite dishes***
