3 Lrg Bananas ( Peeled & mashed)
3/4 Cup sugar
1 Lrg Egg
Dash Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 cups Flour
1/3 Cup Melted Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts ( optional)

Directions:

Mash Bananas, Melt Butter, and add all the rest
of the Ingredients Mix well and Pour into a greased
loaf pan. Bake @ 3:50 for approx. 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
