1/2 cup sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1 cup boiling water
lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cornstarch and dissolve in boiling water. cook slowly, stirring constantly until thickened and clear. Remove from heat and add lemon extract.
Serve over Indian pudding.
