3# extra large mushrooms
8 oz. spaghetti sauce
1-1/2# Italian sausage
Parmesan Cheese
1 C. shredded mozzerala cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems and wash mushrooms.
Remove casings from sausage and saute until no longer pink, breaking up to crumble as it cooks.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
Fill mushrooms with sausage, top with sauce, parmesan and mozzerella cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
