6 pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 T. oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 4-oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Hot cooked rice or keenwa, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in a little oil, drain.
Place chops in slow cooker. Add onions, green pepper and mushrooms.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until meat is tender.
Serve with rice or keenwa if desired.
