2# lean ground beef
4 medium potatoes, grated
1 C. green chili, diced
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 pounds canned tomatoes
1-1/2 C. water
1 large bag corn chips
1# grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain well.
Add next 7 ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
Layer in greased casserole with half the corn chips and half the cheese, then repeat layers.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
