2 C. butter
2 C. confectioner's sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 C. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 C. chopped pecans
3 T. confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In large bowl, cream together the butter and 2 cups of confectioner's sugar, beat in vanilla and salt. Add flour one cup at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place them 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in confectioner's sugar.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until a light golden brown. While cookies are still warm, dust with some confectioner's sugar.
